This page acknowledges the many people who have contributed and continue to contribute to the success of the BevsChairs product since November 2013. Firstly thanks to the local craftsman who introduced Bev to the making of a tilting deckchair. Then to the market stall community and market managers who honed Bev’s skills in the art of selling at local markets but also provide the opportunity and venue for her to sell the BevsChairs product directly to you the customer. Then to  Matthew Nutter of Whangaparaoa.Net who developed and for 6 years, hosted BevsChairs first website, that captured the essence of Bev’s philosophy and the quality of the product. To Zeald who recently built on that design. To BlueHost and BlueSky who host/advise on the current website. Then to Te Wananga o Aotearoa’s “Grow Your Own Business” course that encouraged Bev to step out and continue with quality changes to the BevsChairs product, evolving the design and finally registering the design as her own with IPONZ. Then to BevsChairs suppliers; Bayplas who provided quality canvas slings at the start until Bev was able to sew her own, Contender for quality Canvas for these slings, ANZOR who convinced Bev that stainless steel fittings were the way to go, Timspec who continue to help Bev source a more environmentally friendly yet affordable timber, the Quick Brown Box for Packaging now that BevsChairs can go NZ wide, Malcolm Local Logistics as my overseas shipping broker and Fastway Couriers for their service that allows Bev to send freight around the country at affordable prices without leaving her workshop.
